We are pleased to announce the shipment of the first building modules for our Indonesia employee dormitory project from our flagship manufacturing base in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province. As our first modular construction project in Southeast Asia, it marks a major new breakthrough in our expansion into the Global South market.
The project features a 6-story single building with a total floor area of 8,410 square meters and 240 rooms. Leveraging our integrated "Design + Manufacturing + Service" advantages, we completed the entire process from contract signing to the shipment of the first modules in just 4 months, reducing the construction period by approximately 50% compared with traditional on-site construction methods. This efficiency fully demonstrates the core competitiveness of our modular construction technology in meeting the infrastructure needs of emerging markets.

Our factory-controlled production process ensures precise engineering and consistent quality of all building modules. More than 90% of the prefabrication work is completed at our Jiangmen base before shipment, which minimizes on-site construction time, reduces material waste and carbon emissions, and achieves a more environmentally friendly construction mode compared with traditional methods.
The modular approach also brings significant advantages in project management, supply chain optimization and risk mitigation – all critical for the smooth advancement of infrastructure projects in dynamic markets like Southeast Asia. This project builds on our rich international experience, having delivered over 200 modular projects in more than 20 countries and regions around the world.
Our entry into the Southeast Asian market reflects our strategic focus on high-growth regions, where rapid urbanization and industrial development are driving strong demand for innovative construction solutions.
