This project represents CIMC’s first application of its steel-concrete modular technical system. It innovatively integrates highly complex and high-precision steel structural connection joints into building modules with concrete shear wall structures.

This technological breakthrough overcomes the constraints of conventional construction. It not only retains the stability and durability of traditional concrete buildings, but also carries the advantages of industrialized products: consistent quality, reliable performance, and the ability for large-scale, rapid production.

In addition, the modular design supports flexible combinations and unlimited expansion, enabling buildings up to 40 stories high. It not only complies with standards for 50-year permanent buildings, but also supports the upgrading and retrofitting of traditional temporary constructions.

Combined with CIMC’s strengths in multimodal transport, its exceptional overall performance grants it broad global applicability.

At present, CIMC Modular Building has obtained Hong Kong IPA certification, as well as the precast concrete product manufacturing certification from QSPSC.
