This hotel is the first high-rise modular hotel constructed by CIMC Modular Building. Adopting the innovative technology of CIMC Modular Full Glass Curtain Wall System, the project realizes full-factory fabrication of all glass curtain walls, with an overall factory prefabrication rate of building modules reaching as high as 95%.

The finished building modules were transported to Australia via sea-land multimodal transport, and on-site hoisting, construction and delivery of the 17-story building were completed in only 4 months. The breakthrough application of fully pre-installed curtain wall technology has completely eliminated the reliance on scaffolding for auxiliary operations in traditional curtain wall construction.
