CIMC Modular Building System (CIMC-MBS), a business unit of CIMC Group,  has grown into the largest provider of modular buildings and modular building systems in the world, by demonstrating that innovative design and patented building technology could truly alleviate traditional    build constraints via shorter build time.

Since founding in 2004, CIMC-MBS has established and maintained several strategic co-operations with global chain hotels including Hilton, Marriot, Inter Continental, citizenM, senior high-end real    estate development company Relevant Group, as well as three major international mining companies including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and FMG.

Backed by years of successful project experience, CIMC-MBS has successfully delivered over 70 projects with over 45,000 rooms to the UK, the USA, Australia, Iceland, Norway, Africa, Japan, China Mainland and Hong Kong.

It has gradually grown from a modular building supplier to a company capable of providing Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) services including development approval, conceptual design, detailed design, fabrication, logistics, onsitein stallation, project management and finance services.

As such, we have made a commitment to ensure that our product and processes comply fully with the BOPAS criteria. We have always adopted the holistic approach to all our projects, so it is with this philosophy that we look to be provide a full Design, Manufacture and Construction service aligned with the Build Offsite scheme.

Accreditation to industry-wide schemes is of paramount importance to the entire team at CIMC-MBS. There is a strong commitment and drive from the Senior Management team that filters through all members of CIMC-MBS and our sub-contractors and suppliers, consultants and operatives. Our existing portfolio of global accreditation to recognised schemes is further strengthened by the addition of BOPAS and it is a measure of assurance that we will continually strive to meet.

3.Maintain the cooperative relationship with different customers, groups, projectparticipants, etc. in the target market;

1. Fully responsible for project management of specific projects, responsible for project safety, cost, quality, schedule control, and completion of project KPI indicators formulated by the company; 2.
